CIPAL,(Independent Citizens of Altea) is a local independent political party. We are citizens of Altea whose main interest is to protect our town from urban overdevelopment. At the same time we want honest, open. effective and efficient management within our Town Hall.

We are united by the desire to ensure that future generations will benefit from an Altea, which remains true to its past. Our aim is to preserve Altea's charm, its traditions and the environment which surrounds it, whilst ensuring it's prosperity.
